As per guidelines issued by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) under the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) framework, all obligated entities like Producer, Manufacturer, Importer, Brand Owner & Recyclers & Refurbishers etc. must register on the official EPR portal before manufacturing, importing, selling, or recycling eligible products in India.
